TEL AVIV (Ma'an) -- A British national was tackled by Israeli airport security and kept in a stress position while questioned for at least an hour on Saturday, her publicist said.
The woman, British-born Palestinian Hip Hop artist Shadia Mansour, was reportedly subjected to repeated searches and questioning after security agents alleged there was a bomb planted in her microphone.
According to her representative, in a statement, Mansour "assured the agents the microphone was used for recording music and was then asked by an officer to sing her lyrics to him."
The statement said Mansour was made to lay down on her back as female agents "pushed aggressively into her joints and neck."
