OK...So I want to know what category I fit under, besides Hot.

I Believe In vanguardism, but one that has its leaders elected, and does not have a decision making supreme ruler, like stalin.

I believe that any form of statism is wrong, and just leads to the establishing of new classes, so after the people have the revolution, along with the most consciouss workers of the vanguard (not a party vanguard) the state can be abolished, along with the monetary system, and all forms of governmental power, like the Police and Navy etc.

For civil order, cities and counties can form their own civil guard militias, which will be given the law as decieded by the people, through councils.

Defence from imperialism will be combatted by
A) Arming every person no matter what age, so occupation becomes costly and unsustainable

B) A Peoples Liberation Army, made up of autonomous branches, who train and carry out training excersizes will form a peoples army, and will only be used If the people ask them to mobolize.

Its not our job to find you either an ideology or a label, dont hurry to attach yourself to one(i did though, and i never thought i was mistaken) and really dont take what others will say as completely true.If you dont know yet what are you, then just stay around, read some threads, ask some questions and you will find out soon. From what i see from your post though, look up Anarchism and Left Communism, but of course look at the other ones too, but those 2 seems closer to what you say you think.

I also think that the means of production should be maximised to create an abundance of goods, through workers controlled workplaces, ran through councils.

Workers elect a council representative, not to lead them, but to adress the workers demands to the council.

The only reason the council is needed is to make communication and cooperation between different sections of the workforce smoother and quicker.

All members of the councils are recallable, and cannot excersize any power over anyone.

Miners
Dockers
Steel workers
Engineers

All manual labour sections should have their iwn unions, as, issues for miners, and issues for dockers, will differ, and so different modes of production will be best for the differeing tasks the different sets of workers have to deal with.

All people working in office jobs like running the landmasses electric, or operating communications, or working as a waiter etc, will have different tasks and ways to run the office than a engineer making cars

Autonomy for all sectors

Yeah, look into Anarchy and Left Communism, as they do seem to be what you're most hinting/saying in these posts. Anarcho-Syndicalism is also, something to look into, along with other ideologies that you think might fit the bill on what you're saying should be done to make everything work.

Really, this is the best advice you're likely to get, in this form and in the altered forms where "read some threads" becomes "read some books" or "read some articles".

IDK, what she's saying smacks more of anarcho-syndicalism than left communism to me.

RevLeft is an excellent resource. For what its worth you might also want to check out libcom. Aufheben has some interesting stuff.

anarcho-syndicalism is anarchism, and left communism is the next closer ideology you can have;)

Question: do you desire a society in which we are classless, moneyless and stateless with communal ownership?

If yes, then you're a communist.
