This was posted before, a while back.
There's no point in talking to law enforcement.

Yep, it's remarkably stupid. DO NOT TALK TO POLICE, even if you seem to be "clever." Period. It can only be used against you. Do not talk to anyone of this sort without a lawyer present.

The FBI were fairly nice to her. All she got was a knock on the door.

Do I need to hide a lawyer in my house to spring out like a jack-in-the-box now? Jesus Christ. If you are being followed by a car, look in the back for communications equipment and other electronics. If it's there, cops. If they continue to follow you, do NOT go home or to anyone else's house at any cost. Don't let them know where you live or who you know. Find a crowded public place you can sit and wait. Stay there for at least an hour and a half and leave by a different route. A restaraunt/bar is a good place.

LOL at paranoid people. If they are following your car then they can see your plate and can easily find you.

Not if you're driving a stolen car, as all true revolutionaries do.

I should clarify. By "look in the back" I meant look through your rear-view mirror to find the equipment in the back seat of their car. Not yours. that would be stupid...

You mean you're not? It's not paranoia, it's security, and you probably got a little more paranoid too just by watching this.
You've given me another idea. It's also a good idea to bend the mirror to see their plates, memorize them quickly and write them down at the next opportunity. Doesn't make much difference though, but it's still a nice thing to have if you need it, like Tater Tots in your pocket.:)
Also, jack-in-the-box mechanical lawyers. Get on it, Japan!

I'm paranoid all the time, but I'm not stupid. If cops are following me it won't protect me to waste an hour and a half of my time hiding in a crowd. If they see my plate then they know who I am and where I live.

She did not deal with them "brilliantly," she could have incriminated herself or someone else without realizing it. YOU DO NOT TALK TO THE POLICE. You don't answer ANYTHING they say. You don't know why they are asking you questions, and they are allowed to lie to you in the questioning process. Here are the things you should say to a law enforcement officer engaged in their duties:
If they ask you questions but have not arrested you:
- Am I under arrest?
- Am I free to go?
If they arrest you:
- I would like to speak with a lawyer.
That is it. Simple! Don't say anything else, as you could incriminate yourself or someone else.

That's all time wasted if the cops already know where you live isn't it? There was this crazy time though that I was walking home from school a few days after I committed a totally apolitical violent crime and there was a Homeland Security vehicle driving out of my driveway. Lol you could only imagine how paranoid I was for a while.

The woman in question is a Muslim and in their eyes, she's a terrorist. There had to have been some kind of profiling involved. How many other protester doors do you think they knocked on?
Typical law enforcement just grasping at straws with nothing to go on. I wish all law enforcement were like the good people on Law and Order SVU.

Yeah.
If you read the link that she posted in the youtube video it actually says what you have said.
It made clear that the FBI may actually by trying to disrupt political activity. This may be in the form of collecting information. The pamphlet says not to try and preach to the FBI about your activities and political views, which she did. Not reveal any personal detials, the pamphlet says the FBI will aim to get inside to get a view of your life style. She told them she was a mother with five children.
I gather that what there trying to say apart from the legal aspect you have to protect your identity. So the FBI could see your apartment and if you live like a slob they could spread this information to members of your organisation and other organisations to try and descredit your role and create disunity. That is present you as a flawed character.
At least that is what I got from the pamphlet. Here is is:

Haha the quote is attributed to Sinclair Lewis, in 1835 no less. That is wrong on so many levels!
Edit:
I do agree with the quote though, don't get me wrong.
