Can someone point me to a marxist article or book which advocates currency in a post revolutionary society?

The maximum program of the Second International was based on a form of beuracratic-state commodity production (cf Kautsky's remark that "money will be found indispensable until something better is discovered" in On the Day after the Social Revolution (http://www2.cddc.vt.edu/marxists/archive/kautsky/1902/socrev/pt2-1.htm)).
Your use of the phrase "to each according to work done" however could suggest that you're talking about the demand made by some Marxists for non-circulable labour certificates/vouchers/credits. It is slightly misleading to call this "currency", but nonetheless our very own Mike Lepore has compiled a group of articles and quotations on this subject here (http://www.deleonism.org/v.htm).
