You are aware that Brokencyde started it for the lulz, were suprissed by the massive amount of capital they accumulated and only then decided to fully sell out all, however-faint, hints of artistic integrity they might have ever imagined possessing? If yes, then this shit is fucking hilarious:

I think I heard that some time ago...don't remember it too well. I gotta say, I used to have like 12 Merzbow plays on Last.fm, 1930 is a dope album to chill to (I'm totally serious).

I pretty much hate everything David Guetta. Fucker got no talent whatsoever and turns shitty songs into even shittier songs and everyone goes apeshit over it. T-Pain did the same pretty much, but at least he was somewhat original.

Pretty much anything Hardcore Punk and Crust is just talentless instrument masturbation.
Not to mention the lyrics. My little sister can write better lyrics than that crap.

Musician Rule #1: If you suck at writing music, don't subject the rest of us to it!

Besides, for looking like gutter-punks these unskilled white kids sure have an extraordinary access to musical equipment. I personally hate the idea of these white punk kids trying to play the role of a crusty street punks when they have thousands of dollars of expensive music equipment and thousands of mommys and daddys money in the bank. Not to mention that with all this access to equipment they squander it with horrible music.

Are we talking about the people that lived 2 or 3 guys in 1 room running a mail order will self-pressed and -packaged records? Or about the ones that recorded their debut album at night at a friends storefront? Unskilled kids? Are you aware that hardcore punk is just as "skillful" as most pop, rock, or regular punk?

No I'm talking about the ones the moved in to the "hip and edgy" neighborhood previously inhabited by mostly poor people of color and currently undergoing gentrification . The ones who usher in all the coffee shops, boutiques and bistros. The ones that made that big beautiful house look like a trashed set piece from mad max and the ones that are so transient that they never stay in one place for more than 6 months. The ones that could give a fuck about establishing real relations with their neighbors let alone any body who doesn't look punk as well. The ones who always talk about equality and community but harbor aversive-racist tendencies and spin so much gossip and distrust they could make TMZ jealous.

Could have fooled me. Being a musician myself, seriously its talentless garbage. Punk has been rehashing the same sound and aesthetic since the late sixties. Its stifled lazy junk.

Are you sure you're talking about hardcore punk? Sounds more like generic hipsters. Also, most hardcore punks abandoned the aesthetic traditionally associated with punk. Unless you consider shirts and jeans to be punk.

A-fucking-hem:

random blobs of power expressed as that which we all disregard,
ordered states of nature on a scale that no one thinks about,
don't speak to me of anarchy or peace or calm revolt,
man, we're in a play of slow decay orchestrated by boltzmann,

it's entropy, it's not a human issue,
entropy, it's a matter of course,
entropy, energy at all levels,
entropy, from it you can not divorce
and your pathetic moans of suffrage tend to lose all significance,

extinction, degradation;
the natural outcomes of our ordered lives,
power, motivation; temporary fixtures for which we strive,
something in our synapses assures us we're ok
but in our disequilibrium we simply can not stay,
it's entropy......

a stolid proposition from a man unkempt as I,
my affectatious nature I can not rectify,
but we are out of equilibrium unnaturally,
a pang of consciousness of death
and then you will agree

I heard them say that the meek shall reign on earth
phantasmal myriads of sane bucolic birth
I've seen the rapture in a starving baby's eyes
inchoate beatitude
the Lord of the flies
so what does it mean
when your mind starts to stray?
kaleidoscopic images of love on the way
brother you'd better get down on your knees and pay
1000 more fools are being born
every fucking day

they try to tell me that the lamb is on the way
with microwave transmissions
they bombard us every day
the masses are obsequious
contented in their sleep
the vortex of their minds ensconced within
the murky deep

The crowded future stings my eyes
I still find time to exercise
In uniform with two white stripes

Unlock my section of the sand
It's fenced off to the water's edge
I clamp a gasmask on my head

Chorus
On my beach at night
Bathe in my moonlight

Another tanker's hit the rocks
Abandoned to spill out its guts
The sand is laced with sticky glops

O' Shimmering moonlight sheen upon
The waves and water clogged with oil
White gases steam up from the soil

Chorus

I squash dead fish between my toes
Try not to step on any bones
I turn around and I go home

I slip back through my basement door
Switch off all that I own below
Dive in my scalding wooden tub

My own beach at night
Electric Moonlight

There will always be a moon
Over Marin

Ashamed to say I used to listen to this stuff when I was young. The entire song is about how he disapproves of homosexuality, this is coming from a group named "Ruff Ryders". I nominate this song for the following lyric: "Last I heard ya'll ni--az was havin' sex, with the same sex".

Muscian Rule 1 and only rule: Music is very subjective, so if anyone dosen't like it, don't fucking listen to it in the first place.

Seriously, are averyone on this forum so fucking ignorant to music? No wait, not just music to averyhing.

this is autounding in a lot of ways, probably one of the worst, but I still listen to it now and then, it's sort of perplexing, like Boxxy or somethin, can't look away, in a way it's actually pretty good, more bizzare then anything else.
