When it comes down to it, I've always been lacking on knowledge on Stalin's foreign policy [e.g. Eastern Europe and other Soviet Republics]. Any good sources on this type of subject? Particularly ones with pro-Stalin [e.g. Marxist-Leninist] or neutral leanings that inherently refute whatever myths there are.

I would say that the Telegraph tries staying neutral on the topic, but they did a decent article outlining the foreign policy by Comrade Stalin, which, although remains neutral on their opinions, shows a good light over the policy, or at least not a bad light:

I'll go over the books I have on the works of Stalin to try & recount anything that I missed & I'll let you know.
