I only did Model UN once, at a tournament, and my team won (and it was our first time). We were the Netherlands, our main competitor was China but than China was caught to be bullshitting (i.e. they were against debt forgiveness, yet IRL china did forgive African debt). China's representative was way too pro-capitalism.
