I was about to choose potatoes but then I would be Eurocentric.

I chose lentils because they're the most nutritious.

Also, rice/wheat are grains, not vegetables.

I think soya beans or chickpeas are the best vegetables. They're really nutritious and tasty, and cheap haha. They're my staples. :thumbup1:
