Do you collect anything? How many of it do you have, when did you start collecting, why are you a collector, etc...

I collect buttons, stickers, shot glasses from places I've visited, and boxes of all sorts.

Magic cards. Have about 10kg of crap cards, some okay ones, few playable ones. Tons of capitalist advertisement pens I use for writing. I (used to) collect concert/festival tickets.

Coins. My collection is pretty small, but my dad's (was my granddad's) is quite impressive I think. And books.

I used to collect foreign currency, but then I figured it would be too easy to just go to a bank and exchange it. I have an ass load of books, but I can't say I really collect them, I mean I'd never throw one out, but I wouldn't consider what I have a collection of any sort.

I am picky about the books I buy. They have to be good quality and a good book. I guess it isn't really a collection, but I am building a small library.:lol:

I collect indie computer games, books, and Rammstein music. Ironically, I do not yet own any books about Rammstein.
I'm a sucker for hardcovers. Even if a hardcover copy costs like $20 more than paperback, I scrape the cash together and buy the fucker.

I still have my collection of Pokemon cards. I consider my CDs to be a collection too, because I get quite excited about finding singles or albums I have trouble getting hold of in second hand shops. I used to collect Warhammer 40k too, but my brother sold them along with his :(

I've been told I collect shoes, it's not necessarily a conscious thing though. I just like shoes... I used to be big in to vinyl, I've got a butt load back at my family's place; picture disks, DJ copies, Japanese editions of certain albums. I've got an original print of Electric Ladyland from when it was released in '68. Apparently that's worth a bit...

Animal skulls. I haven't got many and don't go out specially to get them, just occasionally I find one and if it's not got any flesh and stuff left on it i take it home..

I have a communist stamp collection too, as well as a lot of toy penguins.
