Apparently they have some members in the Philippians but other than that, their base is in North America and Europe. I wouldn't call them insane. Their lines on nearly the entire North American working class being bought off and therefore "not revolutionary" (due to mostly ownership of consumer goods) and the idea that the Third World revolutionary states will defeat US imperialism completely are both, in my opinion, absurd.

I would consider them to be just irrational. My experience talking to members who follow that particular ideology have certainly proved that.
