I found the comments to be interesting-
It's important to weigh the psychological health factor of those living in cities- Perhaps the solution would be 'cities' but nothing like we've ever seen before. I'm sure we could make part of the mega city a 'tree house' community and other interesting shit.
If not- fuck that. I don't like cities but I don't need pure country side wilderness- I also dislike suburban areas.

suburban is very ineffective and waste.
Every house for every human!? Are you fucking serious?
Nevertheless, this is interesting.

"Think about it: Even today's most centralized empire-state could be undone by its cities. Gone are the days of Mao when peasant uprisings could collectively capture the nation. Today, controlling the cities, not the countryside, is the key to the Middle Kingdom."
Oh noez!

Urban living has the potential to be one of the most socially harmonious and environmentally low-impact forms of living possible. Unfortunately urbanisation is being pulled in different directions under the capitalist price system; wasteful low-rise developments, car-centric transportation systems, and short-sighted planning seem to be the order of the day.
I find it extremely telling that in most major cities, the most land-efficient building type is dedicated to financial and bureaucratic concerns.
