I have one more question on this subject is state ownership good because the state can give everyone their fair share of the resources or commodities also does the state ration resources or commodities better than Capitalism or without state ownership ?

Is Socialism better because the State would use the resources or commodities for human needs and not to make a profit like under Capitalism ?

State ownership has been proven to be immensely more inefficient in controlling economic institutions then the private sector has.

Exactly! It seems ridiculous to me that people actually support policies initiated by the USSR or China. Efficient appropriation of necessities and commodities should be determined by actual workers, not tyrannical bureaucrats who write up policies from their desks and armchairs.
That said, the failure of state-capitalist systems is not evidence for "democratic" capitalism. Just look at the cost and efficiency standards in health care. This alone, proves a total refutation of the Austrian "privatize everything!" argument.
I recommend "The Trap", to everyone - (all of Adam Curtis' other documentaries are great too). But the fact of the matter is, that "profit" based motives initiated by state-capitalist and corporate regimes, simply aren't efficient. Anybody with any inkling of knowledge on human motivation should know this. Humans are driven by a wish for autonomy, self-mastery, and purpose - all intrinsic motivators. External motivations, such as accumulation of capital or goals set on workers by state-capitalists are counter-intuitive to standards of efficiency.
When Maoists in China enacted stiff production merits in metallurgy, it failed horribly. When the Labor Party in Britain created performance-pay incentives it failed miserably. The performance-pay Teacher program in America is failing miserably. And capitalist economies around the world? Well, for 99% of the population, they're not doing so well....
