Um... correct me if I'm wrong, but base jumping is not the same as skydiving. Doesn't base-jumping (even from the name) entail that you jump off of something that's on the ground, and not from an airplane?

And those are the same video.

Yeah, those aren't base jumps.

Base jumping usually consists of climbing up high rock and then jumping off it. Although, urban base jumping consists of people throwing themselves off sky-scrapers.
