The present concept of politics, as in mediation between social conflict (read: lobbying which influences legislature to a great degree, with the civil sector - NGOs - having little say), is dirty because it solely caters to one group of people - those with big business interests.
I am disappointed with people's apathy, non-determination and occasional support for the rotten parliamentary sham (oops, was that dirty? Soowieez).

I can suggest grassroot organizing with the clear intent of overthrowing the existing political and social order (i.e. capitalism), in combination with a strong party-liek organization which is rooted in the working class, and possibly unions.
