This. Unless you tell people what you want to acheive with these flyers, it's quite difficult to help.

All of that really. But I want it to be short & general, not long and boring. And I want communism to be hiding at the middle-bottom, not at the top to scare them off before they even know what it's about.

Put a picture of teh fat cat capitalist and all the disenfranchised people who slave under him and subtly mention greed/exploitation. Then make everyone who reads your flyer join an organization that promotes equality and non-exploitative causes.

How about contact details or some way to get involved e.g. next meeting.

Add goals that are yours, but also the goals of many average, working-class people regardless of political ideology. You know, an end to exploitation in the workplace, better working conditions, better pay and benefits, an end to all of that. Then, you'd need to have contact details for yourself or the group your representing, dates of meetings, and additional resources people can go to (books, websites, other organizations).
