Where can I find statistics like total profits? Preferably global, but I'll take national or whatever I can get.

CIA Factbook, Wikipedia (yes, I know), the UN. Those will definitely have something.

I'm not sure about these but try the IMF and World Bank websites.

Where can I find statistics like total profits? For what? Countries? Sectors? Individual companies? If any of these then which ones?

There is no single Capitalism Ltd with annual dividends and board meetings. Only countless of discrete corporations and businesses that make up the global system

Edit: If it is individual companies that you're looking for then see if you can get access to databases like FAME (UK&Ireland) or AMADEUS (EU) for company accounts. There's also a variety of tools (Company Analysis, Compustat, etc) from consultancy firms that you probably won't be able to make use of. Might also want to look at the OECD Main Economic Indicators

I want to know how much surplus value workers produce. No capitalist firm or government agency will provide such data, since none believe such a thing exists. But I can get the answer from profits, since total profits equal total surplus. Capitalist firms keep track of their profits, and I assume government agencies exist that provide such data.

They do. In America, the US Bureau of Economic Analysis puts together most of the stuff that is sited in the mainstream press.

A man called Andrew Hodge is the person you want to talk to.

Here is their latest report:
