You raise a valid point, fighting this kid may not be the best option.

It depends on how he acts really, if he is a casual racist a simple public "mind fuck" should do. But if he is a white supremacist/fascist more radical measures may need to be taken to "educate" him.

That being said, don't lay a hand on him unless his does so to you first.

How racist are we talking here? If you're talking about this person having a problem because of somebody's race then there's no hope, but if it's that whole crap about "taking our jobs" and whatnot, then it is possible and reasonable to engade them in discussion.

If he talks to other people about you and you have confirmation from people he's said these atrocious things to, then bring it up with a school official. If he gets a light slap on the wrist and a nice pat on the behind, then make a huge fucking deal about it. Hell, the media loves scandalous stories. I really don't like racists. A visiting British kid asked me if I knew any derogatory jokes about the Irish. He mistook me as an American, and so thought I'd be OK with that. I just threatened him and walked away though, sometimes I feel I should have done more.

In my personal opinion, however: He is nothing more than a dirty, stupid White Supremacy fascist who needs to be taught a lesson. Simply giving his a "Mind Fuck" wont do anything, because the average White Supremacist does not have enough brains to fill an egg cup and only understand their own primitive belief; whatever you say, no matter how much you disprove them, they will stand firmly and say their rotten belief is correct and that you are incorrect because you are of Aboriginal decent.
