I notice that one has to be an idiot to take this parody seriously.
For one, they're not in actual Cuba. The other movie (sicko) actually went to Cuba.

Also, waiting in line and the idea (which they placed on public health care as having) of having to go to one doctor/bureaucrat to get approved and referred to an actual doctor/specialist are common under the American health care and health insurance industry.
