I'm not sure that content-free, generic swipes at Obama do anything but play into the hands of right-wingers and Tea Partiers. In fact, I think the whole leftist tendency to constantly criticize Obama ("I'llbombya", etc.) is at best completely nonproductive, and at worst, counterproductive. How can you put forward an alternative to parliamentary democracy when you are spending all your energies criticizing individual candidates within that system? The obvious implication of such an attack (to someone who doesn't know much about our perspective--which is most people) is that you think that some other candidate would be better.
