Much to my surprise, it was very difficult to find some lengthy tract attacking Ho Chi Minh's time as head of North Vietnam, but after much searching, I finally found some stuff about supposed "famine and human rights abuses and executions" during Vietnamese land reform. The article did claim, however, that Ho Chi Minh was bothered by these abuses enough to call it off.
So, what's the flip side of this? What happened during land reform, and to what extent was comrade Ho Chi Minh responsible?
