Borderlands is the biggest rip off of Fallout 3 ever.

Yeah, but everyone in that game hates communists. At the same time, Vaulttec is the most evil, disturbing, and twisted company every conceived, except Walmart. In that game, no one is a communist, even though they overwhelmingly be.

That's because Fallout 3 is partially mocking Fifties American Culture.

Borderlands is nothing like Fallout 3. Borderlands is a blurry, dull, plotless FPS where one enemy is repeated 500 hundred times. "Variety" includes the same enemy, only this time he's on fire. When you find a new gun, you'll likely be using it for around 2-3 minutes before you find something better.

It's really an awful game. Needless to say, I quickly sold my copy after one playthrough.

Semi-related, is anyone else looking forward to Fallout: New Vegas? :thumbup1:

It really looks like they're taking every problem from Fallout 3 and fixing it. :)

Fallout 3 sucks too though. Just less than Borderlands.

I liked Fallout 3, but I doubt I would have liked it as much if I had been a longtime fan of the series. The major format switch did a lot to alienate fans.

I started playing Fallout 1, which is a lot of fun. I cannot get into Fallout 2 though.
