There are no "official flags" of these ideologies, really. But there are flags that are symbols of leftist ideologies, much like the hammer and sickle, raised fist, red star, etc are leftist symbols.
For example:
A red flag is equated with trade unionism/socialism/communism.

A flag with a hammer and sickle (usually always containing red as a main colour of the flag) is always equated with communism.

A black flag is equated with anarchy.

Whilst a red and black flag is a symbol of anarcho-syndicalism/anarcho-communism/Libertarian socialism.

The preparing kit you read must have been created by an anarcho-pacifist. As a black/white flag is their symbol.
