How to contact UCPN(M)?

Can anybody give me any link to contact UCPN(M)? There are websites with their e-mails, but whenever I sent an e-mail to them, that will return back with message like "the owner don't want to receive this e-mail". I think they just treat the e-mails as spam.

So far, I still haven't got any proper information regarding contacting UCPN(M). They are now legal in Nepal and have sufficient strength to counter any kind of counter insurgency method. Doesn't anybody here have any access to make contact with them is just unimaginable. Kindly help me please.

but to be honest, if you want a reply, they really kinda have to havea reason to get back to you. They arent just sitting around wanting to have long drawn out disscussions with some wannabe behind a computer screen half the world away.
