In my personal opinion, the two greatest trolls of the last 50 years are Hugo Chavez and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

but look at Hugo Chavez: he goes onto a podium, and announces that he smells sulfur where George Bush speaks. he sends free gas cards to poor Americans in NYC, a truly good gesture, but you know it's also a slap in the face to our country's leadership. then, he gives Obama a book on Western colonialism and imperialism as a gift.

Ahmadinejad...meanwhile holds a Holocaust "revisionist" forum and invites a bunch of white supremacists, then he goes to the UN and for no less than 3 hours, criticizes the Western world.

so the title def goes to these two.
