I can't help but think that something fishy is going on behind closed doors. In theory, I think the anti-Islamic extremism idea is something which we should all support, I'm pretty certain that we all do in our own way, but the EDL, in my eyes, are something completely different. Here's a recent thread started on their forum regarding a young, Iraq veteran, Muslim man who has asked to join the EDL. The majority of members have welcomed him with open arms, but the minority are really digging at the cracks.

I'd just like to highlight this response he received after making this and several other posts.
Personally, I hate Islam. But I have nothing against Muslims - Muslims are people.
