Right.

Democratic Socialist, I consider myself as 75% Socialist and 25% Communist.
In what do you see a difference between the two?

Well...

I do know that Socialism gives a head start for those who need it, while Communism makes everything flat out equal.

My political views are a mix of Socialism and Communism.

You seem to mix up socialism with a welfare state and communism with a fable.

Have a read to what socialism (http://marxists.org/glossary/terms/s/o.htm#socialism) and communism (http://marxists.org/glossary/terms/c/o.htm#communism) actually mean.

Well, I do get the basic idea of what they are but thanks for the refresher.

I sometimes get a little mixed up, because I'm not always awake.

I didn't want to sound particularly pedantic, I just want to be elaborative and helpful.

In my opinion there is no difference between being a socialist or a communist.
