So I want to know more about how the world works and Marxism. RevLeft
looks like a good place to start.I have been reading on RevLeft for a while and somethings are starting to make sense to me. Any good advice about books worth reading?

I don't know where you're at, or what you've read so far. However, for a beginner, I'd recommend you start with a few articles or pamphlets and familiarize yourself with the basics, first. I'd strongly recommend the Anarchist FAQ;
http://www.infoshop.org/page/AnarchistFAQSectionA1
I'd also recommend Emma Goldman's "Anarchism; What it Really Stands For";
http://dwardmac.pitzer.edu/Anarchist_Archives/goldman/aando/anarchism.html
That site, Anarchy Archives has a number of good essays and pamphlets you can peruse.
I also recommend familiarizing yourself with essential words and concepts; Anarchism, Communism, Socialism, Left/Right politics, Capitalism, Fascism, Authoritarianism, Libertarianism, Class Warfare, etc.
You should also familiarize yourself with essential thinkers; Mikhail Bakunin, Peter Kropotkin, Noam Chomsky, Karl Marx, V.I. Lenin, etc.
Fee free to ask if you have any more questions or want any more recommendations. Welcome.

Engels wrote up a pretty excellent pamphlet called "Principles of Communism" that explains a lot.
Also if you want to look more into Marxist political economy, then David Harvey and Brendan M. Cooney have excellent videos on youtube that go over Karl Marx's "Das Kapital".
Beyond that, just lurk, and feel free to PM mods or admins or something and ask questions!

Prepare to meet some of the most amusing trolls on the internet
Go learn Real and Accurate History, see what has failed, like capitalism.

I was going to say this but I was concerned it might be too dense for a beginner.
