He's prepared, or so it seems. I read that he bounces around to different friends' houses and basically lives the "underground" life, in the 1960's sense. I remember Mandela saying something like: "For all the time we spent calling the state fascists, we were completely caught by surprise when they actually started to act like fascists." I think that applies to pretty much all of us.

My money's on Mossad. There's the motive and there's the recklessness. No matter the culprit, I'm just curious as to how they'll actually do it. If it's surreptitious, maybe cancer, or whatever the fuck the FSB tried to do with that polonium in London, then they just want to get rid of him. If it's a gunshot, then it was meant as a message.
