There is not enough money in the world for it to run like it is, so irrational moves like this are going to become common... personally, as crazy as this may sound, I think that society is on the verge of a technological reset similar to what happened in the dark ages... that is, unless people arise and begin to question and punish those who are responsible for this mess and arise and fix these problems... but... the majority of people prefer to watch the world burn rather than to either be apart or against the burning...

Say what you want about Lenninism...it is pretty clear the entire soviet bloc had a higher standard of living then. I wonder how history would have turned out if the USSR had the internet.

well, beccause russia have huuge natural ressource like natural oil, and in the near future, having share in that kind of field would represent million of dollars of investisment refund.
