Who are your favorites to represent the NFC and AFC in the Super Bowl? Who will be this seasons MVP? Defensive MVP? Leaders in stat categories such as passing, rushing and receiving? It's all speculation at this point but I can't say I really give a shit, I'm fucking bored.
NFL Champion: Packers
AFC Champion: Jets
NFC Champion: Packers
MVP: Aaron Rodgers
AFC MVP: Chris Johnson
NFC MVP: Aaron Rodgers
Defensive MVP: Darelle Revis
AFC Defensive MVP: Darelle Revis
NFC Defensive MVP: Patrick Willis
Rookie of the Year: Ryan Mathews
AFC Rookie of the Year: Ryan Mathews
NFC Rookie of the Year: Dez Bryant
Comeback Player of the Year: Bob Sanders
Passing leader: Tom Brady
Rushing leader: Chris Johnson
Receiving leader: Andre Johnson
Sacks leader: DeMarcus Ware
Interceptions leader: Charles Woodson
Quite conventional and slightly predictable picks I guess, but I've made the choices for a reason, that being that they're all proven and tested players and teams.

That's half right, but you confused the victor there. I'm sure it was a typo, you can't actually think the Jets would lose to the Packers.

Why can't I? It's perfectly reasonable in my mind. Why don't you give me some reasons to doubt it in stead of asserting (with no real credibility behind it) that the Jets are the better team? :)
I'll give you my top 5 reasons the Packers will beat the Jets:
1. Aaron Rodgers, with improved play from the O-Line will be able to run up the score on pretty much any team in the NFL. Sacked 37 times in the first 8 games last year, only 13 in the last 8. With the evolution of T.J. Lang and drafting Brian Bulaga, we have two able tackles ready to replace the aging Tauscher and Clifton if necessary. And nobody even knows if it will be necessary given their improved play down the stretch last year. Why will Rodgers be able to do this? Because simply put he is the top all-around QB in the NFL. He can make plays with his legs and his arm. The really scary thing about all this? He's only going to get better.
2. The Jets' offense remains one-dimensional. Mark Sanchez can manage games but he has not as of yet proved he can win them. He has never had to be the centerpiece of the offense and the Packer defense will force him to do that, considering our first-ranked rush defense last year. And even with probable improvement in the Jet's passing offense, the Packers still have a ballhawking secondary with an NFL high 30 INTs last year, a secondary which can only improve with the recovery of Al Harris.
3. The Packers offense will triumph over the Jets defense. The Jets may have the best CB in the league in Darelle Revis, but he can only cover one receiver at a time (no man in the NFL is an island unto himself ;)), and the rest of that secondary will not be able to hold Donald Driver, Jermichael Finley and Jordy Nelson all in check on every single play. Or anywhere near every single play in my esitmation. Not only that but your 8th ranked rush defense will have to hold Ryan Grant in check at the same time, a versatile back who can hit home runs, grind it out as well as block and catch out of the backfield.
4. The Packers defense will be much more cohesive unit than the last year. And even when our defense was broken down last year, it was only broken down by the elite QBs of the league. Mark Sanchez does not fit into that category quite yet, and even if he makes such a stellar leap next year there's no telling how much improved the Packers pass defense will be.
5. The Packers will win the turnover battle. He who wins the turnover battle much more often than not wins the game Aaron Rodgers threw 7 INTs (compared to 30 TDs) last year and had something like a 103.2 QB rating? Point is the guy doesn't turn over the rock. And neither does Ryan Grant. Mark Sanchez will be forced to turn the ball over whether it be by fumble or interception. With Pro Bowl G Alan Faneca gone the Jets run game will suffer and they will have to rely on Sanchez as their playmaker. He isn't ready for that role just yet, as he is only in his second year in the league.
All signs point to the Packers in this potential matchup. This by no means is an exact science but I have faith. :thumbup1:

With an excellent draft and the removal of the biggest #1 fail ever, The Oakland Raiders are clearly back in the hunt for the AFC West.
Denver will start 5-0 but be fighting for relevancy when it matters, KC is a year or more away, and though the Chargers are solid they may be taking a step back this year.
