For those who might not be aware, Shirley Sherrod, an official in the Dept. of Agriculture was recently fired. The firing was precipitated by a video of a speech she gave which was radically edited to make it sound like she was making racist statements, then the edited version was spread thoroughout the right-wing blogosphere, and given maximum coverage by Fox News which had a string of right-wing personalities all tripping over eachother to express outrage at this woman, and condemn the administration for allowing such a person in their ranks. Then the whole video was released and it became abundantly clear that the whole story was total bullshit, the next day. That next morning Fox had the audacity to begin an all-day-long campaign of trashing the administration for buying into the smear campaign perpetrated by comrades-in-arms like Breitbart, with their full support. This video is a piece of satire lampooning the drastically edited Sherrod video.

Yeah, that's more in the spirit of mocking Breitbart's tactics than it is trying to convince anyone that he hangs with "terrorists." He is a complete jagoff, though. I thought the video was funny.
