Well I just realised that I've been part of Revleft for just about a year now, how the time has flown by :crying: One year anniversary, traditionally in the UK, is cotton so here:

I want to sincerely thank (most) users on here for being polite and patient in helping me learn about economics, history, philosophy, politics and leftism in general. A lot of users on here come with an already well-established view on most big issues concerning contemporary affairs, history, ideology etc. etc. and having been part of the same group or organisation for years, but for me I signed up knowing next to nothing about Marxism or perhaps even politics, nor was I at all politically active; I was stupid fat liberal who endeavoured to buy fairtrade, it's sad, I know. But I have learnt bags-full here, propelling me into activism and encouraging me to join a party, even though it would seem no-one here likes them :( Anyway, thanks again to everyone for helping me (and for continuing to debate and such - after all, I think we're all in a perpetual state of learning), I hate to sound like a pretentious wanker or something, but I do think sites like Revleft are very valuable learning resources and I am appreciative of the community we have here. Also, I'll be gone for 2 and half weeks roughly because I'm leaving for Nepal at around 12 o'clock tomorrow, so feed my cat while I'm gone and in my absence make sure to carry on openly sectarian arguments in the introductions forum too.
