Heres a boring article about those prisoners released, but still related to the holiday (http://www.boston.com/news/world/latinamerica/articles/2010/07/26/cuba_watchers_look_for_signals_today/)

also, Chavez is suspended a trip to cuba because of the whole colombia situation.

this is an invasion

Congrats to the cubans on the anniversary of the moncada attack. This was the beginning of the end for the mafiosi batista regime.

Cuba is one of the best examples of how TIMING is crucial even to revolution.

Cuba had the misfortune to do the revolution after the socialfascist regime had began in CCCP after Stalin's death. So they had to choose between USA and CCCP in order for them to survive. They did the revolution to turn against the US,so CCCP was a single-way road.Fortunatly still, they planted some of their unique characteristics to their own fight for socialism, still I dont think the revolution is standing any chances there. At least not in the way it excists right now.

We will see...
