It was co-authored by Helen Foster Snow(!) and looks interesting, but it's out of print. And greedy bastards have priced used paperbacks from $47.50 to $150 and a used hardcover at $589.26. For those who have read it, is it worth shelling out almost $50 for a used paperback copy?
