Glenn Beck to go blind

I've got conflicting emotions here. Though I loathe him and his right-wing fear mongering, I symphatize with anybody who has macular dystrophy, much less any illness.

However in this, I sense a cruel form of irony. Beck who always panders to the right, who ignites the paranoia and all that is ugly and wrong in the US, will no longer be able too, so the speak. I sometimes wonder if he was already blind, blind to the truth, blind to reality.

Anyway, there is a point to this, otherwise I would post it on a blog. How should one feel right now? I won't lie, I hate this guy and I'm sure you all do. At the same time, I feel bad for anyone who would lose sight, get sick, or whatever. What are your thoughts?

I'd love for him to go blind, then for his wife and children to start loathing him because he can't see them.
