Where does it exist in bulk for cheap?
Any DIY sites out there that detail how to make a fairly large banner?
I don't want suggestions of bedsheets and tarps.

I'm basically searching for a way to make banners that I may not know about- without having to digitally transfer images or text and go through that whole process.

Digitally transfering images is probably the most crisp way to do it. You could always screen print them (if you have access to the equipment), or stencil, paint marker - depending on how much flare your drawing style has...

If you just search google for 'buy vinyl cloth' you should find plenty of results

Around here you can find a lot of good banner material at building sites, they usually hang hard plastic covers around the site to prevent dust from getting out or people looking in por whatever.
