Hurray for shameless self-promotional, oh yes. This is part one (out of I'm not sure how many yet) of an article I'm writing on how capitalism is causing us "sickness" and in itself is similar to a disease. This article is more on the practice of capitalism, but the next will be more on theory. Any comments, suggestions, criticism, and so forth are welcome, as this is the first major political thing I've written.
Capitalism is a system of sheer perversion and degeneration. It is merely a sickly and obese man, vomiting over the people he tramples upon making them sick, all the while claiming he is in perfect health. Where there is privatize ownership there is disease. Where there is wage labor there is disease. Capitalism has hurt us physically through obesity, drugs, and starvation, as well as mentally through harmful and false perceptions of reality and freedom. Therefore the socialists arise to put the old bastard Capitalism out of his misery and to end his long tyrannical reign over the people who he has made sick; the socialists are healers of diseases such as imperialism, exploitation, alienation, and all the despicable rancor the Capitalist has spread.
