Are the workers finally gaining class conciousness in China? What does this trend mean for the long term/will it end with labor unionism or is this a move that could blossom into a genuine workers revolution?

China cannot purchase their own people.. There are to many of them.

China is built on strong leadership, they will need to be great again.

It seems that the workers in China becomes more and more radical towards capitalism, ive heard that the amounts of strikes and work-related riots are about some thousands evry year, and that the goverment tries to censor the local media from reporting it. I remember last year when the workers at a steel mill actually killed theire boss, just awsome.

I think these developments are interesting.

Although I wonder how does the government handles the contradiction of supporting corrupt officials and corporations against the masses and yet calling themselves a "People's Republic."

The people are ignorant and selfish and need to be shown that they can, in fact, survive on crumbs and dregs while the loafs and brews are siphoned...elsewhere.

Huh?

It means what it says.

China has a massive population, it just can't be bought like its nothing.

In communism it is the human resourcing that is encompassed as the wealth, not the wealth of the human resource.

Since capitalism exists amongst us, then killing for THAT wealth will exist.

this is why Marx and Engels introduced even distribution of the wealth. To avoid this.

BUT.....fuckwits in the USA and GERMANY ruined this.

The contradictions of capitalist development are coming home to roost.

A clear analysis of China's function within the global capitalist economy and the contradictions which beset it can be found here: http://www.isj.org.uk/index.php4?id=160
