We should all sign the petition to End Corporate Corruption of Congress. Its a small step, but an important one in breaking the corporations hold on the pubic mind.

This is just another example of ineffectual liberal gestures that do nothing concrete and never get anywhere.
You can't change the system in any important way, you can only replace it.

Using the established channels to change the system is like trying to start a plane in a tunnel.

maybe it will get media attention and move the actual narrative in American debate away from privatize-privatize paradigms that the two major parties use for almost everything.
There was an interesting video by Bill Maher in which he notes, "there is no Left party in
America".

"there is no Left party in
America"The problem is, there are left parties in America, he just exists within the mainstream political milieu and cannot recognize this.

I think he means that there is not a significant presence of a Left party or Left activism, as opposed to the Tea Party etc on the Right

No, of course we must murder all capitalists and state representatives. Is that what you are trying to say?

it may come to that when capitalism can no longer expand and the capitalists try to impliment a fascist system to maintain control. no ruling class has ever given up power peacfully. yes, revoloution is violent. i'm not saying the world is ready for revoloution but when it does happen it will be violent. you can count on that.
