The only time I'm ever barefoot is in the shower. My toes get very cold if I am barefoot for a long period of time.

Barefoot. If I could walk barefoot everywhere, I would. But now it's winter here I don't get much of an opportunity - socks on in the morning, socks off before bed.

Depends on where I am. For instance, I would rather not get glass imbedded in my feet, but at the same time I really hate soggy socks.

Socks are just to prolong the time before you have to wash your shoes, still went barefoot inside this winter when the water cables froze in the kitchen.
