起动战争罪犯审判程序

战争过去好几年了，但是头号战犯还没有得到正义的审判。我建议我们可以寻求一些国际组织，共同发起一个起诉 ，起动战争罪犯审判程序。最终在国际法庭上对战犯的罪行进行清算。:cool:
