Need help finding a poet's work

So there's this poet that my uncle was fond of named Niclas y Glais or TE Nicholas. Right now I live in the States, and so I doubt I'm going to find the works of a 20th century welsh language socialist poet here. :che:
Does anyone have any idea on where I could possible find some of his work? I'm sure there's some kind of site out there...

I'm trying to find some of his actual work, which is much more elusive.
