I just watched "Sweet Home Alabama" over the weekend and I came to the realization that Dempsey is just slick and slimy enough to play San Francisco mayor Gavin Newsome in "The Gavin Newsome Story". It would be a made-for-TV movie in my mind and it would be about the abusive and co-dependent political relationship liberal voters have with Democratic politicians.

Holy crap--I was literally under the impression I was the only one on earth who played Civ; thanks for proving me wrong :D lol, I love Civ3 though and it's painted graphics--to me, that will always be my favorite Civ game (plus I love the music from the ancient era)

I've had that from my teens through my twenties. I've always been against "working out" because of the culture of it (and because I walk everywhere anyway) but seriously, having regular exercise has been the only thing that helped reduce my insomnia consistantly. I would have it sometime a few times a week but at least twice a month and now I can't even remember the last bad case I had. Not that it would work for everyone, but it helped me.

That or try reading a really long rambling post from me... zzzzzzzzz.

I've been going to sleep around 3:00 am lately. Sadly, I actually have to wake up tomorrow for a doctor's appointment. Ironically, they're a sleep specialist. I also took one of my medications later than usual so that doesn't help things.

To be fair, the last hour and a half is more on forums and website "doing one more thing" before I go to sleep. Seriously, I see something I don't know or want to know about and click it, and I get in a feedback loop. It's interesting that these can actually end. I ran out of interesting Wikipedia links after about three hours once. By ran out I mean "I started at one page and opened pages in it that looked neat, repeating this pattern and only viewing pages accessible within the pages I reached." Of course, I also only looked at stuff that caught my eye. If I had explicitly tried, I wouldn't want to know what would happen.

I really, really want to find out how the screen technology is getting. I need to read wikipedia on like something more eye-friendly. Virtual books exist already. I want internet that looks like it's part of reality.

I have no idea, I can't open my jaw enough to see. I do have a cut on my upper lip that wasn't there before surgery, and the inside lining of my entire left cheek feels like it's gone, so probably. I have four out if that means anything extra.

Trouble is, I JUST ate some chicken noodle soup but I'm starving. My diet has suffered tremendously since this tooth business. This is just miserable tbh.
