Help Identifying A Song...

[Stand Your Ground]

I heard a song on the radio at work, no idea who does it, the beginning starts out slow and has a couple weird high pitched guitar like noises and the only lyrics I remember were something about 'the dawn' and the chorus said something like 'just open up your eyes', the radio station plays 60's to modern music so it could be new or old. I hope someone here knows I spent a half hour on Google lol.

Yeah, I had some of the lyrics wrong, it's hard to listen to a quiet song in a loud kitchen lol.
