Hello there.
Sorry for my English..
So, I try to describe the situation..
I'm from Tbilisi, Georgia (ex-USSR) .
There is NO even one Fascist group(so there is 1 or 2 organizations rulled by church) or skinheads.
You'll say: "so, you're happy, u live in a heaven, why to start anti-fa movement?" ..
So, here, on every level of social and political life is strongly fascists speeches.
Orthodox Church and Tradiotion's dictat.
All majority thinks like that and dictates the rule of living.
I mean heavy discrimination (especialy for LGBT peoples) and lots of taboos about things like sex, sex before marriage and etc.
I say no word about gender, it's more advanced question for this situation.
where's problem?
1)in political life there is only 2 alternatives: Goverment - towards liberalism, nationalism , consumerism, capitalism and all that bullshit and on the other hand - very conservative, traditionalistic, may be ever pseudo-patriotic and strongly orthodox parties.
There's no even 1 left-wing movement in political life (neither in social)

2) The most of people (may be all of people) is contented by this situation. There's no protest. May be some LGBT people wants to do something but there is feeling of total undefenceness. (may be I inventioned a new word :) ) .

There seems no way to begin for this movement (may be not exactly anti-fa, but some kind of left-wing)

..
May be all of you are from countries and societies where the left-wing movement is in it's tradition and well-known, (u say in Georgia must be this experience as there was USSR but it's discreded up) but it would be interesting your experiences, your thoughts and opinions about this situation.
thanks

Sounds you have quite the challenge up ahead. First of all I would start to speak with your close friends and see how they think about this idea. Some will like it, others wont. Now with that group you have a core what could become a affinity group. With that group reach out towards people, are there any alternative subcultures around, talk to people one on one. Sooner or laten you'll get in contact with people who think the same way as you do and then the ball starts rolling..

Good luck!

Is there no anarchist or communist presence in Georgië whatsoever?

Oh dear, the political horizon in your country sounds like Northern Ireland.

Since there is no fascist presence and you want to effect some kind of progressive change in your country then an activist group is what you're looking for, OP.
