I am Rocky Rococo. I enjoy frightening solid citizens with hints of anarchism and the spectre of communism. I find that Marx's critique of capital continues to have great value as an analytic tool, but I agree with the anarchists that the abolition of the state is a necessary precondition for the liberation of labor. I hope to join all here in preparing a broth for the final cooking of capitalism's goose.

Welcome :)

Your opinion on overthrowing the state is something which many communists share btw.

Welcome.

How do you feel about citrus fruit?
It's a reactionary fruit that should be purged of its vitamins!

Are you advocating lemon socialism?

Are you advocating lemon socialism?

That would be very bitter. Some people think the Lada was a lemon, so maybe the USSR was lemon socialist?

Lemons are counter revolutionary. Tomatoes are nice and red though...

Welcome Rocky.

There is a message at the top of my page saying that I haven't posted anything, but I did post this introduction thread already. I hope people understand that I am familiarizing myself with the site and the norms of interaction on the board before i jump into the larger discussions--don't terminate me before I'm even ready to participate, please!

Posts in the Introductions thread, the Chit-Chat thread and the many group discussions do not raise your post count. An easy way to raise your post count and get rid of the deadline is to make a post in the "What Are You Listening To (http://www.revleft.com/vb/you-listening-toi-t137056/index.html)" thread in the Music sub-forum. I suspect the posts in there are the only ones communist_usa ever makes
