If one does not actively pursue immortality (and achieve it, in a biological fashion of course) can one be said to be passively suicidal? Tobacco usage, drinking, drugs, etc are all examples of passive suicidal tendencies. All humans are predestined for death, as is all living matter, so it logically follows that if one is not to pursue immortal life one is passively engaging in suicide. But immortal life is impossible, so it then follows that humans are predestined for death and born to suicide.
(This is a slightly drunk thought, but some philosphical worth may be extracted i think)

The argument can be made that use of certain drugs is not necessarily 'passive' suicide.
I take it that what you mean is if you're not constantly trying to prolong your life, you're slowly speeding up the inevitable.
Death is totally by chance, thats what I believe. If you're not always trying to manifest yourself by reaching your full potential, you're likely to not be remembered by any except those who knew you personally. Either indulge and live a self-satisfied life, or Wille zur Macht.

That is not how the word 'suicide' is used, no.
