you can have them made, look up "flag makers"
This fits here better, especially when the thing you are gonna here is mostly make one on your own.Its not thaaaat hard, and can be cheaper.

What's your faction, DL?
If it's Marxist have a big red flag. If it's Anarchist have a big black flag.
Me and a mate (when were Anarchists) made flags for ourselves at a demo from bin liners and the broken sticks from SWP placards. It looked a bit shit though. Cloth would be better.

You can buy vinyl adhesive stuff that you iron on. There's a stencil knocking around on the graphics section of Revleft somewhere for the antifa flag. Print it out twice and tape it to a red sheet of vinyl and a white sheet of vinyl and cut out the shapes from that. Then place them on a black piece of cloth that you'd like to use for a flag and iron them in place. Remember to put another sheet on paper between the vinyl and the iron so your iron doesnt stick to the vinyl. If you want to have text on there too, just do the same thing. Might as well use as much of the vinyl as you can. If you want a double sided flag then you'll have to do it on both sides which can be tricky to make sure you dont stick the other side to your ironing board (again, paper helps).
All you've got to do then is make a flagpole. Thin bamboo from a Homebase/B&Q type place's gardening section works well and won't get confiscated as a weapon. Up to you how you attach it, but I think most people wrap the edge of the cloth around the pole and sew it into place and then fold the top over and sow that to stop it slipping down.
The vinyl you can get from an art shop, or probably cheaper online. The bamboo only costs pennies, or you could probably find some on a flytip. Once you've got everything together you're looking at about 5-10 minutes worth of work if you have a sewing machine, or maybe up to 30 minutes if you don't to make it strong enough doing it by hand.
Put some thought into the cloth though. Manmade fabrics like nylon will melt when you try iron it at the heat you need for the vinyl and only acrylic paint will stick to it. Cotton, if it's too thick, will become heavy in wet weather and may break your flagpole and certainly will not flap around like you want it to. Thin cotton, like that on a cheap t-shirt will do the job well and you can get this from charity shops cheaply if you've got a pair of fabric scissors handy and you're prepared to fix the frayed edges.
Another, cheaper, option is to paint it on. Use the stencils and it's up to you whether to use spraypaint, which can go a little bit stiff, or fabric paint, which can be harder to use, takes longer and is more expensive. You may have problems with the print soaking through the other side if you use paint though, which will make your text unreadible from the other side and you can't doubleside it unless it's a mirror image, so graphics only!
