While I wait for my copy of Michael Parenti's Blackshirts and Reds to come in. I was wondering if there were any myth busting links that talk about the former soviet countries that counter the BS about them being mini-Nazi States. Anything to counter the idiotic chants that Communism = Nazism and it's killed well over a billion people myth. :rolleyes:

Other than common sense and a decent understanding of the ideologies, no. Lol, it bugs me we even are bothered to debate this stuff with people these days. :lol:

The biggest myth is that China, the CCCP, and Cambodia were communist nations.

It's very fun: communist nations.Communism negatives nations and clasess at all. But socialism doesn't negative nations. So we must ask qestion: is USSR socialistic country?
Yes and no. USSR solved contradiction of capitalism: social mode of production and private appropriation. Surplus value in USSR controls by state and distributed for development economic and solve social problems. We have free education,medicane,housing. But other point of view: state in USSR is big capitalist,but some models of economic reseaching in USSR,solves this problem. So,USSR is big step to socialism and we can named USSR the first socialistic country
