I was thinking we could have a central comitte, made up of the top members of the regional comitte, the local comitte's and finally council boards.
Council boards would be in every city, they would take down the requests of the workers, these would then be passed up to the regional comitte.
Every month, the regional comitte would present the CC with the peoples opinions/requests.
Then a democrating vote within the CC could decide which things to adopt and what not to.
Also, i think all workers should have sector unions, ie, factory workers union, miners union, public service union, all with veto power against the cc, to stop revisionistsor meglomaniacs siezing power.
I also think people should be allowed to keep weapons and muniyions to fight invasion or counter revolutions, strenghthening our defences and lowering our need for a militarised state.
